ADSage.in is a brand owned and operated by Dave Groups, based in Mumbai, India. This policy explains how our services and any deliverables are delivered to you.
2. Digital services, not physical goods
ADSage.in primarily provides digital services and deliverables. We do not ship physical products in the ordinary course of business. Delivery of our work happens electronically or through agreed online channels.
3. How deliverables are delivered
- Websites and applications: deployed to your hosting or ours, with access credentials and handover documentation shared by email or your project workspace.
- Design and branding files: delivered as downloadable links (for example Google Drive, Dropbox or a secure transfer) in the agreed formats.
- Marketing, social and content work: delivered through your accounts, scheduling tools, or shared reports and dashboards.
- Consulting and strategy: delivered as live sessions, recordings, documents and roadmaps.
4. Delivery timelines
Timelines are agreed in your quotation or engagement letter and depend on scope, feedback turnaround and third-party dependencies. We share a schedule with milestones at the start of each project and keep you updated as we progress. Delays caused by pending inputs, approvals or third-party services fall outside our direct control.
5. Print and physical production (when applicable)
Where a project explicitly includes printed collateral or signage, physical production and courier are handled through our print partners. Any timelines and courier charges for such items are quoted separately and shared with you in advance. Delivery within India typically depends on the courier and location, and is confirmed in writing before production begins.
6. Confirmation of delivery
We consider a deliverable delivered once we have shared access, files or links and notified you by email or your project channel. Please check your inbox, including spam folders, and let us know promptly if anything is missing.
